Eccezionale fucile a pietra focaia, Russia, Impero, 1744 ca.

Lunga canna di circa 16 mm. di calibro completamente ornata da arabeschi, trofei e girali lumeggiati in oro, alla culatta la scritta "TULA 1744"; batteria a molle interne fenemente cesellata con racemi e scena di caccia al cervo; fornimenti in argento con fondi dorati e graniti cesellati e ornati con trofei di armi, girali e fogliami, sul aponticello profilo di personaggio a rilievo, palmette e mascheroni che sono presenti anche nei passa bacchetta, sul calciolo guerriero all'antica fra fogliami; sul collo del calcio ? presente stemma in argento coronato alle cifre della Zarina "ELISABETTA PETROVNA I"; cassa in radica di noce intagliata e scolpita con calcio alla catalana. An exceptional flintlock gun

Russian Empire, circa 1744

Long barrel in circa16mm calibre entirely decorated with arabesques, trophies and gold-highlighted swirl motifs, breech presents the inscription "TULA 1744"; internal spring lock finely chased with racemes and stag hunting scene; silver mounts on gilded and grained grounds chased and decorated with trophies-of-arms, swirl and foliate motifs, trigger guard presents human profile in relief, palmettes and mascherons are present on the ramrod holder, butt plate bears an antique-style warrior amidst foliage, the butt should presents a silver coat-of-arms crowned with the monogram of the Tsarina  "ELISABETTAPETROVNA I"; carved walnut burr stock with  Catalan-type butt.
