Terzetta a doppia ruota a canne sovrapposte, chiamata a "diapason", questo tipo di armi ? presente in importanti musei Italiani,Tedeschi e Francesi. Canne convergenti strombate in volata, cartelle laterali fissate da 5 viti, movimenti esterni con rotini scoperti, calcio diritto in legno di frutto arrichito di inserti in osso incisi, al pomo sportellino scorrevole che contiene la bacchetta di caricamento in ferro. Arma in eccellenti condizioni, restauri. Rarissima, pu? far paio con quella presente all'armeria reale di Torino scheda 326, lotto da verificare.

A wheel-lock pistol

A double-wheel 'terzetta' pistol with over-and-under barrels, the so-called “diapason”; this type of weapon is present in the most important Italia, German and French museums. The barrels converge and are flared at the muzzle, lateral plates fixed with five screws, external movement with uncovered wheels, fruitwood straight butts embellished with engraved bone inserts, pommel presents a sliding compartment that contains the iron loading ramrod. The weapon is in excellent condition, repairs and is extremely rare; it may make a pair with the weapon conserved in the royal armoury of Turin, file no. 326; lot to be examined.
