A Shamshir, Impero Ottomano 1700 ca. - Ottoman Empire, circa 1700

Damascus steel blade, drop-mark at forte with silver-inlaid inscriptions, iron mounts, grip presents bone grip scales with silver and mother-of-pearl inserts, leather scabbard decorated in relief with two iron rings. The weapon is in patina, in good condition.
