On the reverse: title, date and signature. Provenance: Brooks - Keller Collection, artist's studio. "The work [...] is the definitive version of the same" Surface "executed in 1958 and already published in the General Catalog of the works of Capogrossi, Argan-Fagiolo, Editalia 1967, n. 339, p. 176 (but with data errati) and exhibited at the "Dallas Collects" exhibition in Dallas, Texas from Nov. 1959 to Jan. 1960. Subsequently, in 1968, the work was modified by the hand of Capogrossi himself as indicated by him on the back of the canvas, above on the right with the inscription (handwritten): "Sup. 297-1958-68 / 0.51x0.40 "followed by the signature of Capogrossi."
