"Restored large-scale parts of the Trophies of Octavian Augustus. 1. Noble Cuirass with Chlamys and Fibulae under which we see the shoulder strap with the pendant Sword adorned with a rich scabbard. In the ornaments of the Falerae are indicated the Symbols of the military emblems of Lyon, Eagle and Medusa. 2. Hexagonal shield with boss in the middle of which emerge two points of spears supporting the military insignia of the Bull with double arms and spear discs to be wounded with restraint. Francesco Piranesi drew and engraved 1778."
