in gray-green wool cloth with brown canvas lining; the collar is applied with body badges with Officer's stars; grade stars embroidered in gilt stitched over the handguards; above the left pocket there are ribbons of two silver medals V.M. and Croce V.M. curiously underlaid in crimson, the distinctive color of the Bersaglieri; on the left humerus applied by beautiful Ardito Officer's patent embroidered in golden metal thread on a gray-green background.
