datable to the 18th / 19th century, probably of Austro-Tyrolean origin: body made from cow horn, cap carved in a block of deer horn to compose human profiles of woman and man paired, polished hardwood caseback, held by thick nailing brass; complete with the ancient shoulder strap in scarlet fabric secured to brass rings; in good condition with nice old patina L cm 52
