of Central European origin, datable to the 17th century; pavilion of two blades turned at the edge, hinged to the right and tightened by button to socket on the opposite side, all the original iron rivets that hold the leftovers of the farsata on the reverse; two neck guard blades, creased at the edge and touched to pretend to be twisted; both pavilion blades bear the "Z" (Zeughaus) hallmark of belonging to the arsenal impressed in the center; in good condition with fair patina; uncommon
