Miter for Grenadier of the Prussian Guard

datable to the nineteenth century, re-edition of the original eighteenth-century headdress made for the historical uniform worn on the occasion of the centenary of the body; high brass front plate, loaded with a crown and trophy in Argentana, the latter bearing a Prussian eagle in relief and the motto "suum cuique" (to each his own); body in scarlet woolen cloth with blue band and golden yellow cotton pleats; wimple armed with brass scales, the earlobes shaped like flaming grenades; alludes to oilcloth with green fabric bonnet; wool tassel in yellow and scarlet colors; some results from moths, in any case in good condition; very decorative
