Obtained from the pomace of Trentino grapes, partly deriving
from the production of Ferrari bubbles, it is a grappa
that offers great complexity and elegance. From the intense
amber color, given by the long aging in
oak barrels, it is a blend that conquers for its finesse and
aromaticity. Notes of pastry and candied fruit are
accompanied by delicate toasted and spicy sensations.
The refined softness of the taste closes with a finish
of extraordinary persistence .
To be enjoyed at room temperature (18-20 degrees),
preferably in large "ballon" type glasses.
