nice large caliber rifle from Naples, datable to around 1850: large caliber barrel with smooth bore, in damascus, in two courses with rings and scrolls engraved on the exchange, bears the Royal Factory patch punch on the chamber plus numerous others gold inlaid; slender stock with spring back, soberly engraved with racemes, signed "G. Fonzo" on the folder; walnut wood case with iron fittings; original wooden wand with horn ball striker and iron rag hole; in good condition; Interesting L 137cm
