Delivery of the works
Upon delivery of the works, a mandate to sell will be drawn up, containing the description of the lots delivered, the minimum price (reserve price) at which the item may be awarded, and the commission in favour of the Auction House.
Only for lots awarded, the Auction House shall retain a commission* inclusive of VAT and all expenses incurred (photography, cataloguing, printing, advertising, etc.). An exception to this are the expenses that may be necessary for the execution of a certificate of authenticity, which, subject to agreement between the parties, will be advanced by Pananti Casa d'Aste srl and reimbursed by the client, with a surcharge of 20% as secretarial expenses, even if the object is not sold.

  • 25% commission for works with a value from 100 to 3000 euros;
  • Commission 20% for works with a value of more than 3000 euro and equal to or less than 25000 euro;
  • Commission 15% for works with a value of more than 25,000 euros.


The liquidation of the proceeds
The liquidation of the proceeds from the sale (subject to the actual collection of the amount due by the buyer) will be made 40 working days after the end of the auction session, and will take place through the payment method agreed in advance.
