Buvard Agenda of the Bon Marché 1914

It belonged to Casimir Hebuterne, a paid accounting clerk at the Bon Marché department store in Paris, and after a few years, it passed from the hands of Rosa lia Tobia (Italian chef, owner of the Chez Rosalia restaurant), who also used it to have Fernande, Picasso's former partner, and another friend of hers write the cooking recipes.
The recipes were transcribed and handwritten until the day when the Great War made every food disappear from the markets.
The diary was also literally scribbled down by Modigliani, who assiduously frequented the local Chez Rosalia and often playfully enjoyed annoying the owner and her helpers.
