smooth bore barrel, bearing English hallmarks from the Birmingham Test Bench on the chamber;  nipple battery signed on the folder by the Fabbrica Regia of Turin; walnut stock with typically British-style grip and born without butt plate, bridge and brass mouthpiece, iron ramrod; all the iron parts are arsenal burnished; in excellent condition with a nice vintage patina; very interesting and worthy of study
