Pananti Live has been available since 2012:
a single click of the mouse allows you to enter the world of Galleria Pananti. All thanks to Pananti Live, an innovative tool that the Auction House offers to all its customers.
Paintings, art objects, furniture, are available wherever you are, without having to reach the auction room.
A simple registration allows you to access the service for free to listen and see the auctioneer in real time, but above all to make offers on the lots of the current auction.
To get started, click on the "MY PANANTI" button at the top right of the home page.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED - LOGIN with your email and password. Your name will appear at the top right. Click on MYPANANTI and then on ACCOUNT SETTINGS and on LIVE AUCTION. The ENTER THE ROOM button will be active a few minutes before the auction starts.
If the button under LIVE AUCTION indicates CONTINUE, it means that you have not completed the registration with all the data necessary to participate in the auction. Then click on CONTINUE, enter the data of your identity document and attach a copy (even more than one file). After sending the form, the message "Identity document awaiting verification" will appear. The Pananti Casa d'Aste staff will check the validity of the document and then you will be able to access the online sale from the button under LIVE AUCTION, which will now appear with the new wording ENTER THE ROOM.
IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED - click on REGISTER NOW and fill in all the mandatory fields marked with a green asterisk. At the end of the registration, submit the form and you will receive an email containing a link to click to confirm the registration.
If your email is already in use, click on "Are you already registered?" and to recover your password (we have registered many of the customers already known to facilitate the procedure) click on "have you forgotten your password?" and enter your email. You will shortly receive an email message with the new password: you can then access from MY PANANTI with these data.
PANANTI LIVE AS A GUEST - In addition, you can experience Pananti Live as a guest and view the progress of the Galleria Pananti auction in real time, without necessarily having to make a bid. You can thus live a unique experience in which you can feel the emotion experienced in the auction room, wherever you are.
The Pananti Live guest service will be available, without registration, half an hour before the auction starts.
